Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $70 or more. Any other shipping options and charges available for your destination are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment is verified. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and destination-specific delays can affect transit time.

Available shipping destinations and services are determined by the options shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address Changes

If you notice an address error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

When tracking is available, use the carrier link in your shipping confirmation. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a delivered package cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first, then reach out to us with your order number if you still need help.
