Shipping Rates

Free standard U.S. shipping is available when your order subtotal is $70 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Other available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is verified. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, standard transit typically takes 7–15 business days. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, customs, and destination-specific delays can extend delivery.

Shipping Destinations

Available destinations and services are determined by the options shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address Changes

If you notice an address error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

When tracking is available, use the carrier link in your shipping confirmation. Carriers can take 1–3 business days after shipment to display the first scan. If tracking shows no movement for several business days, or a delivered package cannot be located, review the delivery area and carrier update first, then contact us with your order number if you still need help.
