How long does shipping take?

The Pet Hair Remover Roller arrives in 7-15 business days. All other products arrive in 12-20 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States only.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to activate.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already been processed.
