How It Works

A clear path from finding an everyday essential to receiving it.

1. Choose your product and option

Browse Home & Kitchen, Car Essentials, Pet Everyday, or Outdoor & Travel. Review the description and supplier photos, then select the color or configuration shown on the product page. Lifestyle props are not included.

2. Review the cart and checkout

Confirm your items, quantities, and delivery address. Eligible automatic discounts and your final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout; available methods can vary by device and eligibility.

3. Follow your shipment

When tracking is available, it is sent in your shipping confirmation email. Carriers can take 1–3 business days after shipment to show the first scan. See Order Tracking for help.

4. Contact us if something is not right

Email hello@cozypickup.com or use the Contact page. Include your order number for order questions, and clear photos for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us before returning an item.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is $8 when your order subtotal is below $70, and free at $70 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping charges. Most orders are prepared in 1–3 business days; standard transit typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility, exceptions, and costs in our Refund Policy. See the Shipping Policy or contact us before ordering if you have questions.
